The WNS low-nitrogen three-pass gas hot water boiler is a horizontal internal combustion wet-back fully automatic gas hot water boiler. The pressure components are all welded and consist of a corrugated furnace bladder combustion chamber, a back-combustion chamber, a smoke pipe and an energy saver.
After the fuel is burned by the burner and the bladder combustion chamber, the flue gas passes through the back-combustion chamber, the second return convection pipe, the front smoke box, and the third return convection pipe through the flue into the economizer and finally discharged through the chimney.
The main feature of the wet back boiler is the back-combustion chamber, achieved the "fire-in-water" structure, fundamentally solve the problem of overheating of the smoke box, an explosion-proof door doubles as an inspection hole at the rear of the back-combustion chamber. The furnace can be inspected through this hole.
